Denis Ferranti Outsourced Assembly & Test is part of the Denis Ferranti Group, a full service manufacturing organisation. Privately owned since 1947, we are based in Bangor, North Wales, operating from a 7 acre site with 150,000 sq ft of factory space.
Product lifecycles are becoming increasingly short, many organizations have reacted to this by concentrating their resources on strategic core competences, such as product design and marketing. Product assembly and test being outsourced to specialist providers. Denis Ferranti OSAT is established to meet this need and has been servicing clients for almost two generations. Denis Ferranti OSAT is able to provide a comprehensive, bespoke, “make to print” assembly & test service. In many cases our service does not stop at the “factory gate”, full product inventory and distribution are provided.
Many of the assemblies we have produced operate in hostile environments, are subject to high levels of abuse and attack in use or are safety critical. We are proud to be an accredited supplier to the UK defence industry recognizing our special expertise in this area.
